Student Therapist Training
Wise Mind is a placement site for Eastern Michigan University, Fielding Graduate University, The Michigan School of Psychology, Sofia University, & Wayne State University.

Provider Positions
- W2 Hourly
- Compensation rates are determined based on years of practice, degree, licensure, certifications, training specialties, supervision needed, and roles, ranging from $35/hr to $80/hr+
- 15 (part-time) – 25 (full-time) scheduled hours of billables per week

Client Care Coordinator Positions
- W2 Hourly
- $20-$25+ hourly rate depending on a combination of experience, tenure at the practice, & roles
- 35+hours per week

- Options for flexible in-person, remote, or hybrid work schedules (depending on services, location, and need)
Clinical staff working towards full-time status (40 hours) remain part-time until meeting their scheduled caseload billables expectation for 2 consecutive pay periods and are working 30+ hours per week. At that time, you become eligible for the benefits of full-time status.
Your working hours will be approximately 3/4 clinical and 1/4 administrative (training, caseload management, supervision, consultation, etc.).
