When you need an evaluation, you want experts who have years of experience.

You will be a part of 1 or more assessment sessions to review your history and complete a variety of psychological and/or neuropsychological health measures to answer the referral question. For comprehensive evaluations, you will have a feedback session where the results, reports, and recommendations are reviewed with you by doctoral level psychologists specialty trained in neuroscience and neuropsychology.
Psychological/Substance Use Evaluation
Did your judge or agent say you need a psych eval or substance use eval? Are you or your loved ones concerned about your mental health or substance use?
Often referred to as “psych evals,” these are
often needed to satisfy court-ordered requirements but are also very informative for those that need some help to figure out what’s going on.
Includes a comprehensive clinical
interview and psychological testing measures to review your life history with a focus on mental health and substance use concerns. Your detailed report will help you to better understand yourself, as well as identify any relevant
diagnoses and personalized recommendations.

Executive Skills (ADHD) Evaluation
Do you struggle with concentration or forgetfulness? Feeling
disorganized? Making decisions or having task paralysis? Find yourself zoning out? Hyperfocusing when you should be doing something else?
These comprehensive evaluations will provide you with a detailed and personalized understanding and strategies specific to YOUR
brain.
Completed by neurodivergent-friendly therapists, these include measures of executive skills (memory, attention, planning, impulse control, time management, and more) to understand your skills profile and determine if ADHD or executive challenges are present.
Includes a comprehensive report to help you understand how your particular brain functions best, as well as your strengths, areas of opportunity, and personalized recommendations and strategies.

Ages 16+
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Assessment
Are you concerned with changes in your memory? Has there been an
overall change in your cognitive or behavioral functioning? Do you need accommodations for work or school?
An evaluation by doctoral level psychologists with specific training in neuropsychology and neuroscience that measures your various executive abilities (attention, memory, spatial, etc.), mood, behavior, personality, cognitive, adaptive, intellectual, and/or achievement capacities to identify a holistic understanding of your brain and behavior functioning.
Includes a comprehensive report to help you understand how your particular brain functions best, as well as your strengths, areas of opportunity, and personalized recommendations and strategies.
$4000 – $6000

Results Interpretation Service
Do you have testing done elsewhere and receive a report that was too clinical, unhelpful in having a better understanding of yourself, or did not specifically individualize a plan of care for you to implement accommodations that best help you be successful in your world?
Unfortunately, we hear this a lot and now offer this service to assist in decoding and implementing the results of your assessment experience into your daily life for improved functioning and need fulfillment.
$350/hr

Driver’s License Restoration Evaluation
atDid you lose your license due to driving under the influence? Let us help you complete the the required substance use assessment and paperwork to request a
reinstatement hearing.
The required State of Michigan substance use and mental health evaluation and paperwork necessary to request a hearing for potential restoration of a driver’s license. Our evaluator will complete all parts of this evaluation except the urine drug screen that is required, but we will provide you the necessary information to get one completed at a partnered testing site.
Before you schedule, please have the following documents in hand:
- 3+ notarized letter of req
- Copy of Masters Driving Record
- AA/NA attendance documentation
- Ignition Interlock Final Report (if one was required)

These evaluations review your life history, transition elements, planned procedures, and assist in meeting the required criteria to authorize the needed medical procedures that align with who you have always been.

Risk of Sexual Abuse of Children (ROSAC)
Are you trying to see your kids or family after a sex-related case?
This risk assessment can assist in that process.
An evaluation to determine if someone with sexual regulation issues causes any particular risk of harm to another particular individual. This is often helpful in situations when individuals have criminal sexual behavior.

Psychosexual Risk Assessment
Did the court or your attorney tell you to get a risk assessment for a
sex-related offense?
An evaluation of emotional and behavioral sexual development and regulation abilities, including risk of sexual misbehavior, a comprehensive report, and personalized recommendations. Often required in court-related issues of criminal sexual behavior.

Adam Walsh Act Waiver Assessment For Immigration
Are you trying to sponsor a VISA for a loved one when you have a conviction on your record?
An evaluation that reviews offense, history, current risk of recividism, psychological capacities, and risk of harm to the VISA recipient that includes a comprehensive report to satisfy USCIS.
